For SailCat account, subscription, device, VPN setup, privacy, or account deletion questions, contact support@sailcat.space.

VPN Data Use Declaration

SailCat collects account, subscription, device, node, usage, support, audit, abuse, and bounded metadata-only destination summary records only to operate the VPN service, provision tunnel profiles, synchronize Apple subscriptions, enforce quotas and acceptable use rules, provide support, investigate abuse or security issues, and maintain compliance records.

SailCat does not inspect payloads, private messages, URLs, domains, TLS contents, or application content. SailCat does not sell personal information, does not use advertising SDKs, does not use cross-app tracking, and does not sell, use, or disclose VPN service data to third parties for advertising, profiling, resale, or unrelated purposes.

What to include

Include the email address on your SailCat account, your device platform, the app version if available, the selected node if relevant, what you expected to happen, and the exact error or behavior you saw. Do not send passwords, private keys, payment card details, or sensitive screenshots.

Invite and sign-in help

SailCat access is invite-only. If your invite code does not work, your password is not accepted, or your account status looks wrong, email support with your account email and invite details.

Apple subscription help

SailCat subscriptions are managed by Apple. If access does not update after purchase, open the app and use Restore Purchases, then refresh your account. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple subscription settings.

VPN setup help

In the SailCat app, sign in with your invite-created account, choose an available node, add or select a device, and connect. The app creates or reuses a device public key, stores the device private key locally, retrieves a tunnel profile, and starts the VPN through the operating system's VPN controls.

Device and session help

Use the SailCat web app or native app to view devices, create profiles, revoke device profiles, change your password, and revoke active client sessions. Revoking a device or profile may stop that device from connecting after node state synchronizes.

Privacy and account deletion

Signed-in users can initiate account deletion from inside the SailCat app. For privacy questions or account deletion help, email support@sailcat.space. Account deletion does not automatically cancel App Store billing; Apple subscriptions are managed through Apple subscription settings. See Privacy Choices for details about deleting account data, removing local profiles, revoking sessions, and managing Apple subscriptions.
