Terms

These Terms govern your use of SailCat, an invite-only VPN service with web, iOS, macOS, Android, Windows, and Linux clients. By creating an account, subscribing, downloading a client, creating a device profile, or using the VPN service, you agree to these Terms.

VPN data declaration

SailCat collects account, subscription, device, node, usage, support, audit, abuse, and bounded metadata-only destination summary records. SailCat uses this data only to operate the VPN service, provision tunnel profiles, synchronize Apple subscriptions, enforce quotas and acceptable use rules, provide support, investigate abuse or security issues, and maintain compliance records.

SailCat does not inspect payloads, private messages, URLs, domains, TLS contents, or application content. SailCat does not sell personal information, does not use advertising SDKs, does not use cross-app tracking, and does not sell, use, or disclose VPN service data to third parties for advertising, profiling, resale, or unrelated purposes.

Invite-only access

SailCat accounts require an invite code. You are responsible for keeping your email, password, API tokens, device private keys, and VPN profiles secure. Do not share your account, invite, subscription access, device profiles, or credentials with another person unless SailCat has approved that use.

License

SailCat grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app and service for personal or internal business VPN access, subject to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and applicable platform rules.

Apple App Store terms

When you download or subscribe through Apple, your use is also subject to Apple's App Store terms, including the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable. Apple handles App Store billing and payment details.

Subscriptions

SailCat offers monthly and yearly Apple-managed subscriptions for eligible invited accounts. Prices, taxes, renewal periods, free trials if any, introductory offers if any, and confirmation details are shown by Apple before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple subscription settings before the end of the current billing period.

If subscription state does not update automatically, use Restore Purchases in the app or contact support. SailCat receives signed Apple transaction information so account access, product status, subscription period, and quota can be synchronized.

Service availability

SailCat is operated as a beta service. Exit node locations, platform clients, download links, performance, routes, quotas, features, and availability may change. Development builds may require normal operating-system security approval and may not be available on every platform.

VPN limitations

SailCat provides encrypted tunnel access to selected exit nodes. It does not guarantee anonymity, uninterrupted access, access to any specific website or service, evasion of blocking, or compatibility with every network. Your traffic remains subject to applicable law, third-party rules, and the network conditions of your device, ISP, destination services, and SailCat exit nodes.

Quotas and enforcement

SailCat may enforce account status, subscription status, billing state, plan quota, node capacity, blocked-policy rules, and abuse rules. SailCat may suspend, limit, revoke, or terminate accounts, API tokens, device profiles, or VPN access when needed to operate the service, enforce these Terms, handle abuse, or protect users, SailCat, infrastructure providers, or third parties.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited use includes illegal activity, malware, spam, scanning, DDoS, harassment, copyright abuse, torrenting or peer-to-peer file sharing, CSAM, resale, credential sharing, and attempts to evade account limits or technical controls.

Privacy

Your use of SailCat is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains account data, Apple subscription data, device profiles, API tokens, VPN metadata, traffic-watchdog records, support requests, retention, privacy choices, and the no-sale/no-tracking/no-advertising commitment.

Support and account deletion

For support, subscription issues, privacy requests, or account deletion requests, contact support@sailcat.space. SailCat may retain records needed for security, abuse review, billing, legal defense, compliance, or legitimate service administration.

Intellectual property

SailCat's apps, website, service, branding, interface, documentation, and related materials are owned by SailCat or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Disclaimers

SailCat is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. SailCat disclaims warranties of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SailCat will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the app or service.

Changes

SailCat may update these Terms from time to time. If they change, the effective date above will be updated. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
